Hollywood Waves at the Bel Air Bay Club - A Pacific Palisades Wedding - Kayla & Kurt
Kayla reached out to me in early September 2022 for her February 2023 wedding. She was a bride who knew what she wanted and I was honored to be her preferred choice hairstylist for her day. Kayla was completing her vendor list for her Bel Air Bay Club wedding and had decided on Hollywood waves are her bridal hairstyle. Hi! I’m Ruth, professional, mobile hairstylist and makeup artist of over 10 years!!
Hollywood Waves
For Kayla’s wedding day look, Hollywood Waves were her must have hairstyle! She came to the trial with her hair inspiration photos, aware of her best angles and confident in her vision for the day. On Wedding day, myself and my glam team set up and prepped for a few hours of pre-wedding glam fun! Upon the bridal party’s arrival and entering, they were showered with Bridal party gifts from Kayla! From cozy slippers to the best emerald green robes I’ve ever seen (Etsy!!), the ladies prepped for their hair and makeup. When it came time to style Kayla’s hair (I usually glam my brides 2nd to last), she was already glowing and ready for the day ahead of her. Once her waves were complete, she moved to the make up chair to complete the look.
The Bel Air Bay Club
The Bel Air Bay Club is one of my favorite venues! Located in the Pacific Palisades, the building itself is just beautiful, but to add that extra bonus it overlooks the ocean!! No only does is host up to 275 guests, but also provides rooms for the bride and her party to stay, as well as a glam room for the bridal party to do their hair and makeup services!!
