When Supreeti was referred to me via Exquisite Events about her luxury wedding at Westlake Village Inn,
I was so excited! I love, love this venue and have long admired its Italian Country-style architecture, amazing landscape, and stunning grounds. As a Los Angeles hair and makeup artist, I love getting to visit new wedding venues and exploring luxury sites. This is one of the things I love most about my job!!
Supreeti booked her luxe wedding hair and makeup services for both the trial and her wedding weekend; which is something I highly recommend as it gives you, the client, the full picture of what to expect on your big day. We met at the Beverly Hills Hotel and through her makeup trial, I learned that she and Angad, her now spouse, were having a destination wedding as they both resided east of California!
On the day of their wedding, Supreeti and I met for a glam session Kim K would approve of! In an Airbnb close to the Westlake Village Inn, I primed and prepped the bride for her four day wedding event to Angad. One of my favorite things about Middle Eastern & South Asian weddings is how much time, preparation, and history goes into each celebration. While in a traditional American wedding, you’ll typically see one to two outfit changes with a bride; with a Middle Easter/South Asian wedding, there are several days of events and several outfit changes! It was important to make sure that Supreeti felt confident and glamorous day after day, no matter if she donned her Mehndi outfit or Anand Karaj.
